The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring

El Señor de los Anillos: La Comunidad del Anillo

SYNOPSIS

The Lord of the Rings trilogy debuted in 2001 with The Fellowship of the Ring, followed by The Two Towers in 2002 and ended with The Return of the King in 2003. In this episode of the trilogy, the shy young hobbit, Frodo Baggins, inherits a ring. Far from being a simple trinket, it is about the One Ring, an instrument of power that would allow Sauron, the Dark Lord, to reign in Middle-earth and make slaves of its inhabitants. Frodo, with the help of a Company made up of hobbits, men, a wizard, a dwarf and an elf, has the mission of taking the Ring traveling throughout Middle-earth to Mount Doom, where it was forged, and destroy it to forever. Such a journey involves venturing far into Mordor, the land of the Dark Lord, where his army of malefic orcs is concentrated ... The Company must not only combat the external forces of evil, but also the internal forces and the corrupting influence that exerts the ring itself. The end of the story is closely linked to the fate of the Company.
